It’s strange as the weather warms to no longer pack it all up and move off for 4 or 5 months to spend a Summer with baseball. I miss the sounds and the smells and I miss hearing the crack of a wooden bat breaking an evening’s stillness. I miss the waterfall of applause that follows it. I grew up in an endless summer and it gave me a mind full of stories and memories and adventures and I miss it like crazy.
